How to make “Homemade Organic Black Sesame Soya Milk”:
Sesame milk is such an easy peasy homemade vegan milk. It is a good alternative for anyone out of compassion for dairy farm products. They look healthy, vibrant and just feel wonderful. All kitchen utensils needed are a blender and a strainer and then you are good to go. The liquid can be stored for preservation in a fridge for a couple of days before serving. You can drink it just the way it is, pour it over cereal meal, use it for a porridge or even create a nice smoothie, whatever way you choose. To sum up, it is quite versatile in that sense.
Step 1: Clean and soak soya beans in water for 6-8 hours. After that, flush the loose hulls with water.
Step 2: Heat the black sesame seeds
Step 3: Grind the soaked soya beans, cook black sesame seeds and 1.5 liter of water in a blender. Blend them well on a high temperature until finely smooth.
