1/ Bring a pot to a boil to cook your eggs through. Peel off your eggs.
2/ Wash beetroots well with water. Peel them off and rinse again. Slice them into thin pieces.
3/ Pour beetroots into a pot. Add 2 bowls of water and cook them over a medium heat until they release their extract of purple color into the liquid.
Add boiled eggs into that pot and boil them for 5 mintues at the longest.
4/ Remove them all from the heat. Set your eggs into a separate bowl. Pour more beetroots liquid to fully cover all eggs. Soak them for 3-4 hours to have a beautiful appearance of your eggs.
How to serve:
Add more herbs and salads to decorate for your dish as well!
