Roast peanuts with 2 tablespoons of salt with medium heat until the salt becomes gray( salt keeps the peanuts crispy, golden and not over burned)
3/Spring onions (scallions) sliced or 3 onions chopped ,keep white and light part to decorate
4/ Wash handful coriander (cilantro) leaves to decorate
HOW TO COOK
Serve with dipping sauce. This food will become attractive when it is rolled a rice paper sheet with herbs, salad, noodles and dipping sauce Or you can eat with rice.
HOW TO ROLL
Soften the rice paper sheets by dipping them into the drinking water for 1 second. Put the salad, herbs, dried rice vermicelli, cucumber and fish on the sheet and fold in the sides and roll up
