1/ After rice is fully cooked, stir them well. Put them all into a plastic bag. Use a wet towel to grasp the bag. Press them firmly by your palms.
2/ When sticky rice turns into a viscid chunk, mould it into a cylinder shape. Cover the plastic bag by the wet towel to roll it over and over till you feel they are compressed.
3/ Take them out of the plastic bag. Use a knife to slice them into small round pieces. Sprinkle on top with sesame seeds or shredded meat and pork pies, whichever suits your taste.
4/ Some might have creative minds to use a cutter and transform such a ordinary meal into a token of love.
