1/ Add a little water to the minced pork, then put in the seasonings and mix until it gets sticky. Add in some minced ginger, chopped onion and sesame oil.
2/ Mix the flour with water to make a dough. Divide it into small pieces and roll it into small, round wrappings. Put a little minced pork on each wrapping and fold it into a bun.
3/ Wash and dry the cabbage leaves, lay them flat on a steamer. Place the buns on top and steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Serve it with red vinegar and shredded ginger.
1/ To make the minced meat delicious, apply with pork fat (dosage: 50g pork fat for 100g minced meat).
2/ Serve with shredded ginger and rice vinegar.
