+ Fried soya sauce: frying them to golden color, then break them into pieces.
+Mushrooms: dip them into boiling water, cut them into halves and quickly fry.
+ Vegetarian chopped meat: cut into pieces and quickly fry.
+ Soup: cut them into pieces and blend them with sugar cane, white radish and carrots. Bring them to a boil, then squeeze them out. Ladle the liquid out only.
+ Tofu noodles: cut into medium-sized pieces and fry them for a short while.
+ Garlic: chop finely and fry them to brown color.
+ Vegetables: clean them with fresh water and drain them off.
2/ Method of cooking:
Boil the soup over a medium heat. Add into the pot all ingredients such as mushrooms, fried soya curd, magarine, citronella, beef soup flavor and taste them with spices that suits you best.
Put rice vermicelli into bowls. Top them up with vegetarian chopped meat, tofu noodles, soya curd, mushrooms. Serve hot with vegetables, lemon, chili and fried chili.
